Step 1 of 5What you need

What can we help with?

Two minutes and this is with us. A price follows within one working day.

Where are we going?

Start typing a town or postcode and pick from the list — that's how we get the distance right.

Please tell us where we're collecting from.
Please tell us where it's going.
Please choose a date, even a rough one.
Pick both addresses and your route appears here.

What are we moving?

Work through the rooms one at a time. Close enough is fine — the bar at the bottom keeps a running total.

How this is worked out. Every item carries a standard volume. We add them up and estimate the weight from that, which is how we pick the right vehicle. It's a guide, not a weighed figure — if the load turns out bigger on the day we'll speak to you before anything changes.
Please add at least one item so we can work out the right vehicle.

How much do you want us to do?

These change the price, so it's worth a moment now rather than a surprise on the day.

Packing and handling

Access

Additional information — optional

Where is it going?

Where the goods start, how they leave, how they arrive, and where they finish. This is what decides which declarations apply.

Collection and delivery

We need to know where the goods start.
We need the final destination.

Border crossing

Please give a port of exit, or put TBC.
Please give a port of entry, or put TBC.

Timing

Please choose a date, even a rough one.
Not sure which port yet? Put TBC and we'll work it out with you — it won't hold up your quote.

What are you shipping?

Customs need to know what it is, what it weighs and what it's worth. Estimates are fine at this stage.

Is this commercial or personal?

The goods

Please describe the goods.
Please give a weight in kg, even a rough one.
Customs need a declared value.

Business details

That does not look like an EORI number — they start with two letters, like GB123456789000. Leave it blank and we will register one.
No EORI? Not a problem — we register one for you as part of the job. Just leave this blank and we will sort it.

Your move

For a personal move, customs will want proof of address at both ends — where you are leaving and where you are going. A utility bill, council tax bill or tenancy agreement is usually enough. You will tick what you already have on the next page.

Which declarations do you need?

Tick everything you know you need. Not sure? Tick the last one and we'll work it out for you — that's a normal thing to ask.

Please tick at least one, or choose the last option and we'll advise.
Not sure what applies? Most UK to EU commercial loads need an export declaration, an ENS on the EU side and a GMR to get through the port. We'll confirm exactly what yours needs before anything is filed.

Your paperwork

Tick what you already have. Anything missing, we'll tell you how to get it.

Sending the documents. Reply to the confirmation email that lands in your inbox in a moment and attach whatever you have. It comes back to the same team handling your enquiry, so nothing gets separated from the job.

Anything else

Where shall we send it?

Your quote lands in your inbox with the options we'd recommend.

Please give us your first name.
Please give us your last name.
We need a valid email to send your quote to.
Please give us a number in case we need to check something.
Commercial shipments need a company name.

Your move at a glance

Before you send

Please accept the terms and conditions so we can go ahead.
By sending this you agree to us contacting you about your enquiry, and to our terms and conditions. We never sell your details.
